Having lived and worked in all three Baltic countries over nearly a decade, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the region and a nuanced understanding of the cultural differences that distinguish Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. While the Baltics form a strong regional bloc, the differences between these neighbouring countries are significant and demand an informed, tailored approach to any pan-Baltic business operations.
Through my time there, I’ve also observed that although many businesses operate across all three markets, leadership styles often vary depending on the origin of the leader and the makeup of the leadership team. Navigating this landscape effectively requires both extensive in-country experience and the ability to maintain an objective, unbiased perspective that local leaders may not always be able to provide.
Alongside this experience, I’ve built a strong network of friends, colleagues, and business partners throughout the region. This enables me to connect the right people and resources for companies looking to explore or expand their business interests in the Baltics.
